Project Management Specialist

Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Location: Pune, India Sector: Renewable Energy Travel: Extensive Role We are seeking an experienced PMC professional to lead multiple renewable energy projects across India, including Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP , ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure. Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities . Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance . Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations. Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability . Manage vendors, site administration and project operations . Support operational sales and new business development . Candidate Profile Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering . Around 15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector . Strong experience in Solar and/or Wind projects , preferably in PMC/EPC environments . Proven experience managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams . Strong leadership, client management, commercial and project execution skills. Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India . Ideal Candidate: A proven Renewable Energy Project Leader with strong technical, commercial, client-management and project execution capabilities.
