As an RN in Kaiser Permanente’s outpatient OR, you’ll deliver high-quality perioperative care on an on-call basis. You’ll manage pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing for scheduled and urgent procedures, using digital tools inspired by Systeme.io’s integrated approach to streamline documentation and communication. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, ensure safety and infection control, and contribute to continuous improvement in a culture that values innovation, learning, and teamwork.
