Detailed Job Description:

As a Telecom Engineer supporting Business Magnificence across the Central Region of Pakistan, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of telecom tower field operations, wireless site deployments, transmission link installations, and power backup maintenance. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing telecom tower field operations, executing wireless network (2G/3G/4G/5G) deployment and integration activities, performing microwave transmission installation, dismantling, and precise link alignment, servicing and maintaining DC/AC power systems and battery backup infrastructure, preparing detailed technical documentation, incident reports, and site commissioning records, upholding rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all fieldwork, collaborating closely with cross-functional network planning, RF optimization, and project management squads, conducting root-cause analysis for transmission faults and power outages, and ensuring strict compliance with industry engineering baselines. You will utilize your proactive troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills to resolve complex field anomalies under strict operational deadlines. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive telecom tower field operations, site inspections, and preventive maintenance routines.
• Deploy, integrate, and commission wireless network infrastructure across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G cellular technologies.
• Perform microwave transmission equipment installation, dismantling, and precise parabolic antenna path alignment.
• Maintain, service, and troubleshoot DC/AC power systems, rectifiers, generators, and battery backup installations.
• Prepare and submit accurate technical documentation, site audit reports, and completion certificates.
• Uphold strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, personal protective equipment usage, and tower safety rules.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional network deployment, RF engineering, and project management squads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex site power failures, transmission degradation, and hardware connectivity errors.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive professional experience in telecom tower operations and wireless infrastructure deployment.
• Strong, demonstrable hands‑on professional expertise in microwave transmission installation and antenna alignment.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G wireless network architecture and site commissioning.
• Solid practical experience in maintaining and servicing DC/AC power systems, rectifiers, and backup generators.
• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving capabilities under challenging field conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong technical reporting and coordination abilities.
• Mandatory legal work eligibility and physical availability for full‑time field operations across Pakistan (Central Region).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Professional certifications in tower climbing, rigging, RF safety, or electrical systems maintenance.
• Prior professional working experience with major mobile network operators (MNOs), tower companies, or telecom vendors.
• Hands‑on familiarity with optical fiber cable (OFC) splicing, testing, and transmission test sets (SDH/PDH/Ethernet analyzers).
