Business Development Manager - Exports

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager – Exports to drive international sales and expand Qline Packaging's presence in global markets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing key accounts, and achieving export sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new export markets and acquire international customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Build and maintain relationships with Agents, partners, distributors, importers, and key accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and secure orders.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams for timely execution.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and customer meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
• Experience in industrial consumables, or manufacturing preferred. Packaging, flexible packaging experience is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Note: This is revenue generation role, and not an exports operations, support, documentation role.
