As well, The Admissions Concierge will perform all customer service rounds within first 24 hours of patient stay ensuring patient satisfaction, reporting back to appropriate center leadership and ongoing throughout the duration of patient stay. Admissions Concierge will work closely with the Transition Advisor and health center team to create a seamless admissions experience including thoroughly communicating patient specific needs and room readiness. Must be able to mobilize from center to center within assigned coverage territory.
