About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Account Manager who can manage client accounts, social media, and digital marketing activities while leveraging AI tools to improve creativity, efficiency, research, and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication, requirements, approvals, and relationships.
• Plan and manage social media content, calendars, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with content, design, video, and performance marketing teams.
• Use AI tools for content creation, research, ideation, competitor analysis, reporting, and automation.
• AI-assisted image and video creation
• Prompt engineering and effective AI prompting
• Monitor social media and campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital marketing trends, and social media platforms.
• Manage multiple accounts and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Account Management / Social Media Management.
• Strong client communication and project-management skills.
• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar tools.
• Creative, analytical, proactive, and willing to experiment with new technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI content/image/video generation tools
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
• Experience creating AI-powered marketing workflows or automations
