Key Responsibilities
Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to café standards.
Take customer orders and ensure prompt service delivery.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and café area.
Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
Assist customers with menu recommendations and product information.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
