Remote Regional Director

We are seeking a Remote Regional Director This position will oversee Patient Sitter programs throughout the country and provide interim support for Ambulatory Services for the West Region. Westcoast candidates preferred. As a Regional Director, you will serve as the primary representative of Xanitos. The incumbent is responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned region through Account Managers to ensure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals, and future business growth. What we look for in a Regional Director: Strong leadership skills and experience leading and managing teams. Customer service minded individuals Strong communication skills Labor relations experience Multi-Site Experience or oversight of a very large (500+) bed facility Required Experience Previous Director EVS Healthcare Floorcare Patient Transport Payroll P at the hospitals it serves, Xanitos has improved the cleaning quality, increased HCAHPS scores, reduced the risk of HAIs, lowered bed turnaround time, and significantly reduced costs.
