T HE ROLE We are looking for a knowledgeable, client-oriented Senior Astrologer who can deliver highquality consultations that help convert leads into confident, satisfied buyers. This is a clientfacing role that requires deep expertise in Vedic astrology, a strong ability to connect with diverse clientele

— including NRIs and HNIs

— and a genuine passion for helping people through the science of gemstones. You will conduct astrological consultations across free and paid formats, recommend appropriate gemstones with precision and integrity, and contribute to content that reinforces GemPundit's credibility as India's most trusted gemstone platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Consultations & Conversion – Conduct personalised astrological consultations — telephonic, video, and in-person — for domestic and international clients including NRIs and HNIs – Analyse Janam Kundali (birth charts), planetary positions, and dashas to provide accurate, tailored gemstone recommendations – Guide clients on the correct gemstone, metal, finger, day, and wearing ritual — with confidence and clarity – Convert free consultation leads into paid consultations and gemstone purchases through quality advisory and trust-building – Handle client follow-ups and maintain high satisfaction across every interaction

Astrological Expertise & Remedial Guidance – Apply Vedic astrology principles (Parashari system) to deliver predictive and remedial guidance – Recommend appropriate remedial measures — gemstones, rituals, and allied sciences — based on client's chart and life concerns – Leverage knowledge of occult sciences (Tarot, Numerology, Vastu, or equivalent) to provide holistic advisory where relevant – Stay current with astrological research, festival calendars, and planetary transit updates Content & Credibility – Contribute to blogs, FAQs, and educational content on Vedic astrology and gemstone science – Participate in video and social media content — short-form explanations, gemstone guides, and planetary transit updates – Review and validate gemstone recommendations made by the sales team for quality assurance – Represent GemPundit's astrological authority with accuracy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– Proven experience as a practising astrologer in an organisation 

– Advanced knowledge of Vedic astrology

— Janam Kundali analysis, planetary dashas, gemstone remedies, and astrological contraindications

– Proficiency in at least two branches of occult science

— Tarot, Numerology, Palmistry, Vastu, or similar

– Advanced knowledge of gemstones

— the nine Navratnas, substitutes, quality parameters, and wearing guidelines

– Experience advising international, NRI, and HNI clients

— comfortable with cross-cultural communication

– Good spoken English

— clear, professional, and confident in consultations with non-Hindi speaking clients

– Has taught astrology formally or informally

— demonstrates depth of knowledge and ability to explain concepts simply

– Client-first approach

— empathetic, patient, and honest; prioritises astrological integrity over upselling

– Comfortable working full-time on-site in Gurgaon with commute under 45 minutes
