• Conduct trend research and competitor analysis to develop commercially viable designs for the value retail market.
• Translate international trends into value retail-friendly designs suitable for Indian consumers.
• Track competitor brands and marketplace
• and Flipkart to identify best sellers and pricing strategies.
• Create seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product designs aligned with brand direction.
• Develop multiple design options within defined price points ensuring trend relevance & cost efficiency.
• Prepare tech packs and coordinate with sampling, sourcing, and merchandising teams for product development.
• Review proto and fit samples, providing design corrections to achieve the desired look and fit.
• Collaborate with graphic designers for prints and surface developments.
• Track sales performance and best sellers to guide future design decisions

Experience : 3 to 6 Years

Education : Minimum qualification – Graduation & Post graduation in fashion designing, preferably from Top fashion institute.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw etc

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

• Portfolio of work

• Candidates from Retail/Ecommerce industry preferred
