The organization provides structured classroom programs, targeted practice, and expert guidance to help learners maximize their entrance test performance. afdindia emphasizes concept clarity, exam-oriented strategies, and a supportive learning environment for individuals aspiring to build careers in creative and technical fields. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Role Description </strong> The Maths &amp; Reasoning Faculty will teach number systems &amp; basic maths, commercial maths, advanced maths, analytical reasoning, logical ability, and visual &amp; spatial reasoning concepts relevant to design and architecture entrance exams. This part-time role, based in Cannanore, involves conducting interactive classroom sessions, preparing lesson plans, creating exam-focused practice questions, and guiding learners through problem-solving techniques. The faculty will regularly assess learner performance through tests and assignments, provide detailed feedback, and help individuals strengthen weaker areas. Additional responsibilities include contributing to curriculum refinement, updating content as exam patterns evolve, and collaborating with other faculty members to ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Qualifications </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong foundation in maths and reasoning, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners. </li><li>Knowledge of Physics and Statistics sufficient to support quantitative and analytical reasoning required for entrance exams. </li><li>Experience in Curriculum Development, including designing structured lesson plans, practice materials, and assessment tools. </li><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, Education, or a related field. </li><li>Prior teaching or coaching experience in competitive exam preparation is highly desirable. </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly, manage classrooms effectively, and motivate learners with varied academic backgrounds. </li><li>Comfort with using educational technology and digital tools for test preparation and performance tracking. </li> </ul>
