Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Jaipur. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished brand videos for social media, campaigns, and the website, ensuring alignment with Kasya’s visual identity and storytelling style. Day-to-day tasks include assembling, trimming, and sequencing video clips, adding transitions and effects, integrating motion graphics, and performing basic color correction and grading. The role also involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams, contributing ideas for video concepts, preparing video assets for different platforms and formats, and maintaining an organized archive of video content.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including handling footage, understanding shot composition, and managing basic production workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, such as cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and working with sound to create cohesive narratives.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visual tones that match brand aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements for digital content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of social media and digital content formats.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and marketing teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
