Diagnostic Radiology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $291.00 - $315.00
This facility is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
Schedule: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM teleradiology coverage, 7 days/week. Minimum 1 week on and 2 weeks off per month; open to 1 week on/1 week off. Seeking approximately 6-month commitment with potential to extend.
Practice Setting: Telehealth
Types of Cases: General STAT radiology; mostly computed tomography, ultrasound, and X-ray; occasional magnetic resonance imaging (neuro and some body); very rare nuclear medicine. High volume of neurological computed tomography angiography and whole-body scans.
Patient Load: Average 8–12 work Relative Value Units per hour; approximately 10 work Relative Value Units per hour.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
Electronic Medical Record: Epic
Certifications Required: Board Eligible accepted
Licensure Required: Illinois or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
