Food Services WorkerThe Food Services Worker supports daily kitchen operations by preparing simple menu items, assembling sandwiches and wraps, and maintaining a clean and organized dishwashing and food preparation area. This role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time shifts, including mornings, lunch hours, evenings, and weekends.Responsibilities:Prepare and cook basic menu items such as chicken tenders, burgers, sandwiches, and wraps according to established recipes and standards.Assist with general food preparation tasks, including portioning ingredients, assembling menu items, and ensuring proper food presentation.Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools, ensuring items are sanitized and ready for use.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dishwashing area, and food preparation spaces, including regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment.Follow instructions from kitchen leadership and adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winona, MN.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
