Nurse Practitioner

Southern Nurse Practitioner Associates, LLC. is currently accepting applications for the position of Mid- Level Provider at several Alabama location. The Mid-Level Provider will function as a primary care provider for the subsequent and annual and periodic evaluation of a broad range of assessments; diagnosis; treatments; ordering diagnostic & therapeutic tests and studies; initiating consults; referrals and member of a interdisciplinary team working collaboratively with other members of the health care team and provide additional activities in the area of education and quality improvement. The Mid-Level Provider will guide, document, as well as identify, analyze and resolve problems that impede the delivery of patient care.
