Job Description
Soliton Technologies, collaborating with Persivia, seeks a Tech Support Engineer (Java) to provide L3 production support for large-scale distributed systems from Lahore. You will own incident management, RCA, automation, and on-call rotations while debugging Java microservices and tuning JVM performance.
Expect to strengthen observability with ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog, and work with OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, and Zipkin in a global, fast-moving environment.
