As part of One team, One Kroll, you’ll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel.Kroll’s Regulatory Consulting team helps firms deliver on a wide range of engagements including financial crime, compliance risk, regulatory readiness, compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting.At Kroll, your work will help deliver clarity to our clients’ most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges.RESPONSIBILITIESLead regulatory consulting engagements following a risk-based approach, identifying control failings and operational weaknesses across a range of firmsProvide strategic, practical and commercially focused advice and support to clients, including senior stakeholdersOwn, manage and develop senior client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and identifying opportunities to support clients furtherOversee the drafting, review and delivery of reports for firms and international regulatorsLead engagement teams, delegate work effectively, provide coaching and ensure outputs are delivered to a high standardCollate, interpret and present complex data, visualising trends and patterns in performance to support clear recommendationsDesign, prepare and deliver training sessions both internally and for clientsLead the preparation of pitch documents and proposals for potential work, contributing to business development activityPrepare articles and other thought leadership materials for distribution both internally and externallyContribute to the growth of the Regulatory Consulting practice by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues and strengthening Kroll’s market presenceDeliver on a wide range of engagements, including working in the following areas:COBSAsset management and general SYSCOperational resilienceCONC/CMCs S166Compliance RiskRetail ConductGovernance/SYSCRegulatory readinessREQUIREMENTSWe are looking for someone who is passionate, focused, collaborative and entrepreneurial. This role would suit a senior professional who can lead client delivery, use their own initiative and provide prompt, practical services to clientsSignificant experience in regulation or compliance, ideally including experience gained within Consulting, Asset Management, Banking, Brokers, Investment Banks or the RegulatorDemonstrable experience leading regulatory consulting engagements and managing project teamsStrong background in financial services and a strong awareness of current issues facing the industryProven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite, functional heads and operational leadershipExceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong presentational expertise and the ability to influence senior audiencesCommercially minded, client-facing and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify and support business development opportunitiesExperience coaching, developing and supporting more junior colleaguesExperienced in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word and ExcelCISI or other relevant regulatory/compliance qualifications would be desirableDegree in a related discipline such as economics, business studies, maths or similar would be desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
