Junior Meta Ads Executive

We are looking for a Junior Meta Ads Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns for an e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for campaign execution, performance monitoring, optimisation, and reporting across Facebook and Instagram, with a focus on driving online sales and achieving performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
• Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate
• Manage campaign budgets and identify opportunities to improve performance and return on ad spend
• Assist with audience targeting, prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition campaigns
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, videos, and copy
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide optimisation recommendations
• Monitor tracking and conversion events in coordination with the relevant technical team

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Meta Ads experience with an e-commerce brand
• Practical experience using Meta Ads Manager
• Understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and budget management
• Knowledge of e-commerce performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and GA4 is preferred
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills
