Good Life Counseling Center is expanding our team of professionals and looking for Hawaii State licensed therapists that are motivated and ready to build or grow a meaningful caseload in a supportive, community-driven practice.

Positions available: In-person (Aiea office), telehealth (statewide Hawaii) or Hybrid

What You'll Do

- Provide individual, couples, family, children/adolescent, therapy or specialty counseling (CBT, EMDR, Faith-based, Trauma informed and more) based on your licensure and training

- Carry a minimum of 10 client hours per week

- Work within your own schedule and set your own availability

- Collaborate with a close-knit team that genuinely cares about the community it serves and you

Who We're Looking For

- Active Hawaii state licensed: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD

- Have at least 2 years of clinical experience as a practicing therapist

- Passion for culturally responsive, equity-centered care

- Experienced and comfortable serving clients of diverse ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds

- Telehealth applicants: ability to provide secure, HIPAA-compliant sessions statewide

- In-person applicants: ability to see clients at our Aiea office (98-211 Pali Momi St., Suite #600, in Pearlridge Mall Office Building)

What We Offer

- Referral/Sign on Bonus currently offering a $500–$2,500 referral/sign-on bonus (based on a 1 to 5-year commitments) to any one person who applies as or refers a qualified clinician who is interviewed, hired, and begins seeing clients within the year. Bonuses will be paid as a direct cash or check payment/commission 90-120 days respectfully after the referral/hired clinician’s contractual start date, bonus recipients will receive a 1099-MISC at the end of the tax year.
