Hybrid | CTC: ₹30 LPA

Must-have skills by role:

1) HCM Technical Consultant: PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, BI Publisher and HCM support.

2) HCM Techno-Functional Consultant: 8+ years of support experience, HCM functional expertise, PeopleTools, SQR and BI Publisher.

3) FSCM BA/QA: PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools 8.56+, FSCM functional knowledge, test cases, functional/SIT/UAT and performance testing.

4) HCM Tester: Global/NA Payroll and integrations, functional/SIT/UAT and performance testing, plus one implementation/integration project as a tester.
