Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to generate qualified leads for our Life Department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage prospective clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.

• Introduce the company's financial and insurance solutions professionally.

• Qualify leads based on the target customer profile.

• Schedule appointments.

• Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.

• Achieve daily call, conversation, and appointment targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or appointment setting.

• Excellent English communication skills

• Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Number of outbound calls per day.

• Number of qualified conversations.

• Number of leads generated.

• Monthly lead conversion support.

Salary:

Maximum INR:40,000 (Based on performance and Experience)
