This role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with credit guidelines, and driving operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards across all loan files. Key Responsibilities 1. Credit Review & Documentation Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with credit and program guidelines. Collect, validate, and organize borrower documentation such as financ
