Position: NR Team Leader

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)

Working Days: 5.5 Days Working

Weekly Off: Alternate Saturday Off & Sunday Fixed Off

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced NR Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team within the banking division. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage a team of banking sales executives. Achieve team sales targets and ensure business growth. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently. Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations. Drive productivity and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in the Banking domain . Experience in team handling and team management is mandatory. Strong background in Sales and Customer Service . Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to achieve targets and manage team performance effectively.
