Credit Manager Retention

Greetings from Anand Rathi Global Finance We are looking for Credit Manager Retention profile and below is the brief JD Key Responsibilities Credit Assessment Evaluate loan applications as per the organization's credit policy. Analyze customer financials, income, banking, and repayment capacity. Verify KYC, income documents, property documents, and credit bureau reports. Conduct risk assessment and recommend approval, rejection, or deviation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Retention & Customer Management Follow up with customers whose files are pending or likely to be cancelled. Understand customer concerns and resolve issues to improve loan conversion. Coordinate with Sales, DSAs, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Business teams for faster processing.
