WORK EXPERIENCE 3–6 years of experience in residential interior design. Experience in designing home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, and other customized furniture. Proven experience in client interaction, design discussions, and site visits. Proficiency in Infurnia, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape. Strong portfolio showcasing residential interior design projects. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Creative with strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. Professional, proactive, and result oriented. RESPONSIBILITIES Understand client requirements and define design objectives. Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings. Prepare design proposals, mood boards, and material selections. Estimate project costs and support budget planning. Plan and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery. Conduct site visits for measurements, pre-order verification, and design discussions. Lead client meetings and drive design closure. Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Installation teams for seamless project execution. Ensure design feasibility while maintaining quality and functionality. Conduct final inspections to ensure the completed design meets client expectations and company quality standards.
