Senior Architect

WE ARE HIRING – SENIOR ARCHITECT Location: Lucknow Experience: 5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have strong design, technical, coordination, and project management skills with experience in handling architectural projects from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage architectural design and planning for projects. Develop concept designs, presentations, working drawings, and detailed drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants. Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. Handle project documentation and maintain drawing schedules. Conduct site visits and coordinate with project/site teams. Monitor project progress and resolve design and technical issues. Ensure timely completion of design deliverables. Review and approve architectural drawings prepared by junior team members. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Guide and mentor junior architects and design team members. Eligibility & Skills B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, MS Office or relevant architectural software. Strong understanding of building codes, construction practices, and materials. Excellent design, communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Experience in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. COA registration will be preferred.
