Ltd., a leading electronics retail chain with an extensive branch network across Punjab, is seeking a competent, experienced, and result-oriented professional for the position of **Assistant HR Manager** at its head office in Lahore.Job Search PlatformThe selected candidate will support human resource operations, workforce planning, recruitment, and employee management across the company's multi-location retail network.## Eligibility Criteria**Education:*** Master's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.* Professional HR certifications will be considered an advantage.**Experience:*** Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.* Experience in large-scale retail chains, FMCG, consumer electronics, or multi-location organizations is preferred.* Supervisory experience will be an added advantage.## Key Responsibilities & Requirements* Manage high-volume recruitment, workforce planning, and employee onboarding.* Support HR operations across the company's branch network throughout Punjab.* Handle attendance management, employee relations, and performance management.* Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.* Work with HRMS/HRIS systems for efficient HR operations.* Knowledge of SAP Business One or FlowHCM will be an advantage.* Demonstrate strong analytical, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
