ATTORNEY-ADVISER (GENERAL)(Title 32)

THIS IS A TITLE 32 DUAL STATUS POSITION DUTY LOCATION: JAG, Hartford, CT AREA(S) OF CONSIDERATION: Area 1: All currently employed full-time permanent and indefinite personnel of the CTARNG. Area 2: All currently employed full-time temporary technician personnel and all current traditional members of the CTARNG. Area 3: Individuals eligible for membership in the CTARNG. Membership must be satisfied within four (4) months of selection. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Must possess a professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.), from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association -AND- an active Bar membership in good standing of a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Bar.
