Location: Ocala, FL — In-OfficeSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PMCompensation: $41,600–$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission + bonusesExpected First-Year Earnings: $71,600–$110,000+

Automotive salesWireless or retail salesCall center salesMortgage, real estate, or bankingFitness membership salesHome services, pest control, HVAC, or similar sales rolesAny high-volume sales role with goals, follow-up, and closing
This is an in-office sales position. This is not remote. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, following up with leads, quoting customers, and asking for the sale.

What You’ll Do
Sell auto, home, and personal insurance productsCall warm leads, active prospects, referrals, and prior quote opportunitiesBuild quotes and explain coverage options clearlyFollow up consistently with unsold quotes and prospectsLearn how to sell value beyond just the cheapest priceAsk for the sale and close new businessMeet or exceed monthly sales goalsKeep clean notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
