Channel Partner Relationship Manager

Symbiosis Infra Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate advisory and channel partner firm based in Gurugram, is hiring a Channel Partner Relationship Manager to build and grow our broker and channel partner network across NCR. You'll be the bridge between our project portfolio and the broker ecosystem — driving partner onboarding, engagement, and business generation.

Important: This role requires candidates from a developer / builder firm background only . Applicants currently or previously working with brokerage or channel partner firms will not be considered.

What You'll Do

• Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants
• Maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing partners through meetings, calls, and events
• Drive site visits, bookings, and closures through the partner network
• Organize partner engagement activities — project presentations, site visits, networking events
• Reactivate dormant partners and convert them into active contributors
• Coordinate with the internal sales team on partner-sourced leads
• Maintain partner databases and prepare regular performance reports

What We're Looking For

• Mandatory: prior experience with a real estate developer / builder organisation (channel partner or brokerage firm experience will not be considered)
• Hands-on exposure to developer-side channel partner management, CP sales, or business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of the real estate market and the developer-to-CP sales process
• Self-motivated and comfortable with frequent field visits and networking
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline
