<p><strong><u>Job Summary </u> </strong> </p><p>The Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing processes, maximizing revenue realization, and building scalable, high-performing RCM operations. </p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Location </strong>: Mohali and Jaipur </p><p><br /></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities </u> </strong> </p><p>Strategic Leadership </p><ul><li>Define and execute RCM strategy aligned with organizational goals </li><li>Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalability </li><li>Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiatives </li><li>Lead transformation initiatives including automation and digital adoption </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Operations Management </p><ul><li>Oversee end-to-end RCM lifecycle including: </li><li>Patient/Client onboarding, eligibility & authorization </li><li>Charge capture, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS where applicable) </li><li>Claim submission & clearinghouse management </li><li>Payment posting and reconciliation </li><li>Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and collections </li><li>Denial management, appeals, and write-offs </li><li>Establish and maintain productivity, quality, and TAT standards </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Financial Management </p><ul><li>Drive revenue realization, collections, and cash flow improvement </li><li>Reduce AR days and minimize denials and revenue leakage </li><li>Track and improve key financial metrics and KPIs </li><li>Manage budgets, cost optimization, and profitability </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Compliance & Quality Assurance </p><ul><li>Ensure adherence to industry regulations (CMS, HIPAA, payer guidelines) </li><li>Maintain audit readiness and compliance standards </li><li>Implement quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>Lead internal audits and corrective action plans </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>Client & Stakeholder Management </p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders </li><li>Handle escalations, governance calls, and performance reviews (QBRs) </li><li>Support new client onboarding, transitions, and expansions </li><li>Drive high client satisfaction and retention </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p>People Leadership </p><ul><li>Lead large RCM teams comprising Managers, AVPs, and Directors </li><li>Build leadership pipeline and succession planning </li><li>Drive performance management, training, and employee engagement </li><li>Enable a high-performance and accountability-driven culture </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong><u>Key Skills & Competencies </u> </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong leadership and people management skills </li><li>Deep understanding of RCM processes and healthcare billing workflows </li><li>Strategic thinking and business acumen </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills </li><li>Experience in automation, process improvement, and transformation initiatives </li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications </u> </strong> </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) </li><li>MBA / Healthcare Management preferred </li><li>Industry certifications (AAPC, AHIMA, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) are a plus </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><strong><u>Experience </u> </strong> </p><ul><li>15–20+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management </li><li>Proven track record in senior leadership roles (Director / AVP / VP) </li><li>Experience managing large teams and multi-client operations </li><li>Exposure to healthcare billing and reimbursement processes </li> </ul>
