Job Description Lead the successful delivery of high-profile tenant improvement and interior construction projects throughout Manhattan, ensuring clients receive exceptional service while projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serve as a trusted partner to clients, proactively managing stakeholder relationships, driving project performance, and maintaining clear communication from preconstruction through closeout. Play a key role in the growth of the business, with a clear path to a Project Executive position for an individual who consistently delivers outstanding project results, develops client relationships, and demonstrates strong leadership capabilities. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in project scheduling and budgeting tools. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements. A results-driven approach with a focus on quality and efficiency. What's on Offer Competitive salary of $175,000 to $190,000. Comprehensive benefits package. Generous paid time off (PTO).
