• Leverage CRM tools for sales tracking, pipeline management, reporting, and business analysis

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer engagement throughout the sales cycle
