We have a strong presence in poultry, chilled, and bakery food categories. Rogerstone is one of Europe’s largest chilled food manufacturing facilities, producing a wide range of ready meals. The Role As a Head of HR, you will lead the site HR function, manage HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, and shape the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
