Commercial construction firm specializing in retail, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial, office, and healthcare projects. The company provides preconstruction, construction management, design-build, and general contracting services, delivering ground-up developments and renovations with a focus on quality, safety, schedule, and client satisfaction. Job Description Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and design specifications. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent should have: Strong experience with managing construction projects from start to finish. Excellent leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members. Attention to detail for ensuring quality and accuracy in project delivery.
