We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to support our SoHo flagship during the holiday season, handling order processing, packaging, repairs, and replenishment so our Sales Advisors can stay focused on clients. This is not a commission or sales-goal role, but you'll be a key part of keeping the boutique running smoothly during our busiest time of year.
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15–24 hours per week. Weekend availability is required.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales Advisors with client appointments, walk-ins, and line management during busy periodsProcess client orders and transactions through our POS systemPackage completed sales to Ring Concierge presentation standardsHandle returns and repairs, including documentation and reticketingReceive and prep incoming product for the sales floor, including unpacking, checking, and organizingMaintain accurate counts of packaging materials and boutique supplies and flag replenishment needs to managementKeep the sales floor and back-of-house organized and stocked throughout the daySupport visual merchandising, including product presentation and display updatesAssist with opening and closing duties as neededContribute to client events, product launches, and seasonal activationsAnticipate the Sales team's needs and provide support during high-traffic periods
About YouHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in a fast-paced environmentComfortable handling client merchandise with care and discretionGenuine interest in fine jewelry and delivering an elevated client experienceProactive team player who takes initiative wherever support is needed
Requirements1+ years of experience in xzbcwsv luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing serviceFamiliarity with POS systems and order processing preferredAvailable to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysThe compensation range for this role is $20-23/hr
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and move throughout the boutique for the duration of scheduled shifts, up to 8+ hoursAbility to bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs to support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store operationsManual dexterity to handle fine jewelry and operate POS and computer systemsVisual acuity to assess jewelry details, gemstone quality, and craftsmanship
