Designation - Client Partner Company: Ideamint Location: Pune Year of Experience - 1 to 2 years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships, develop strategic digital marketing solutions, and drive successful execution across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless delivery, and strong business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client communication and account coordination. Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Coordinate with creative, strategy, social media, content, and media teams. Track deliverables, timelines, approvals, and client feedback. Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues. Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations. Keep clients updated on project progress and deliverables. Stay updated with digital and social media trends and contribute relevant ideas. Prepare campaign updates, reports, and presentations as required. Coordinate with internal teams on quotations, billing, and other account-related requirements. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in client servicing/account management , preferably in a creative or digital agency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and advertising. Good coordination and multitasking abilities. Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach. Ability to handle client feedback professionally. Strong attention to detail and ownership. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
