You’re not just checking guests in—you’re setting the tone for their entire stay. What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with warmth, authenticity, and a genuine smile
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and personality
- Be the go-to for guest questions, requests, and unexpected moments
- Navigate systems like a pro—process payments, manage room keys, and keep things running smoothly
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless service
- Stay sharp on hotel offerings, local hotspots, and insider tips
- Keep the front desk area polished, professional, and welcoming
- Jump in where needed—because teamwork makes the magic happen
- 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience (hotel front desk a plus)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of property management systems (we’ll train you!)
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- A polished, professional vibe and a guest-first mindset
- Hunger to learn, grow, and be part of something special
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods and occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–35 pounds
- Thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and team members effectively
- The hotel operates 24/7, necessitating that department schedules be adjusted to accommodate varying business demands. Employees may need to work shifts outside their preferred or usual hours.
