Material Coordinator

Manassas, Virginia | On site | Contract | $36–$42 per hour

Make sure each installation crew has the correct material at the correct row before work begins.

What you will do

· Receive modules and ship-loose items against packing lists, record custody and track inventory by room, row and phase.

· Document shortages and damage at receipt and report issues promptly.

· Coordinate staging and delivery windows with rigging and site leadership.

What we are looking for

· 3+ years in construction or warehouse materials control.

· Strong inventory and Excel skills, accurate documentation and comfort in an active jobsite.

· Forklift certification and OSHA 10 Construction.

Assignment details

Expected start: Week of November 30, 2026. Project installation is scheduled through May 2027; actual assignment length depends on the project schedule. Expected schedule: five 10-hour shifts per week (50 hours), with 40 regular hours and 10 overtime hours. Overtime beyond 40 hours in a workweek is paid at 1.5 times the base hourly rate.

Engagement: Staffing partner placement. Benefits and eligibility depend on the employing staffing partner and will be explained during the offer process. Site access is subject to applicable badging, background and drug-screening requirements. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
