Attorney, Investment Banking

In this role, you will provide legal expertise and commercial insights, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of securities offerings. As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of our business. 3-5+ years of debt and/or equity capital markets legal experience at a top-tier law firm or investment bank. Significant expertise in advising investment banks on IPOs, Shelf-takedowns, and other ECM deals.
