By combining technology with hospitality, JadeCaps aims to standardize the fragmented STR industry and create better outcomes for owners and guests.<br /><b>Role Description</b> The Property Manager - NCR (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties. This role includes coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and properly stocked, and addressing guest queries or issues promptly and professionally. The Property Manager will work closely with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams to manage bookings, support dynamic pricing implementation, and maintain accurate property records. Responsibilities also include conducting regular property inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and supporting adherence to company standards for safety, service quality, and guest experience.
