The Successful Applicant 7+ years of experience in construction project management Strong background in healthcare interiors, specifically hospitals or outpatient labs Experience managing projects in the $3M+ range Background with established general contractors preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment What's on Offer Base salary typically ranging from $115K-$140K depending on experience Performance-driven career progression with path to General Superintendent Opportunity to work directly with leadership in a high-growth company Consistent local project pipeline (minimal travel required)
