Strategic Finance Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing consumer-focused company to hire a Strategic Finance Manager. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who enjoys combining FP&A, financial modeling, business analytics, and strategic partnership.You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to help drive forecasting, planning, and key business decisions.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
What you’ll be doing:Own sales, margin, and OPEX forecastingLead financial modeling and business trend analysisManage KPI reporting and monthly forecastsPartner closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, Commerce, and AccountingSupport annual planning and long-term financial strategyPrepare financial projections and materials for senior leadership and Board presentationsSupport strategic initiatives, including M&AIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and workflows
What we’re looking for:3+ years of finance experienceStrong FP&A, financial modeling, and analytical skillsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentInvestment banking experience is a plusLooker and/or SQL exposure is a plus
