Job Description
Intermountain Health seeks a Maternal-Fetal Medicine Sonographer to perform advanced obstetric ultrasound exams for high-risk pregnancies in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will acquire and analyze detailed fetal and maternal images, support perinatology and obstetric providers with timely, accurate findings, and ensure compassionate care for patients and families. Responsibilities include operating advanced ultrasound equipment, documenting in EMR/PACS, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in a mission-driven team.
