Outpatient Neuro Occupational Therapist

Intermountain Health seeks an Outpatient Neuro Occupational Therapist to provide expert rehabilitation to adults with neurological conditions in a collaborative, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive neuro-focused evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions to improve functional independence, cognition, and ADLs. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, document in the EMR, and support quality improvement while contributing to compassionate, community-focused care.
