Greenhouse Specialist
6-Month OutsideIR35 Contract | Hybrid – London or Manchester
We're looking for an experienced Greenhouse specialist to support and optimise ATS processes across a global organisation. You'll work with recruitment and People teams to standardise workflows, improve reporting and drive continuous improvement across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Greenhouse subject matter expert, supporting recruiters and stakeholders.
Standardise job creation and management across business units.
Build and maintain recruitment reports and insights.
Improve ATS processes and leverage AI tools to enhance reporting.
Requirements
Expert hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS.
Experience with Greenhouse MCP.
Background in high-volume recruitment environments.
Strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and experience making safe changes to live systems. xrexnqw
Experience with Claude and other ATS platforms is advantageous.
