Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Real Estate Sales with a strong track record of revenue generation Expertise in residential and/or commercial property sales Strong channel partner management and business development experience Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Experience leading sales teams and driving performance through coaching and mentoring Strategic mindset with strong market understanding and analytical capabilities

Additional Requirements by Role

Manager / Senior Manager – Sales

7–10 years of real estate sales experience Strong focus on sales execution, lead conversion, and team management

AGM / General Manager – Sales

12–15 years of experience in real estate sales leadership Proven success in managing large teams, channel sales, and high-value revenue targets

AVP / VP – Sales

15+ years of experience in real estate sales leadership Expertise in strategic sales planning, revenue growth management, business expansion, and organizational leadership MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred
