Purpose of the Role: You will be responsible for global lease accounting operations , ensuring full compliance with ASC 842 and maintaining the accuracy of facility, vehicle, and equipment lease data across the company. Key Responsibilities: Lease Accounting & Compliance Lead and maintain lease documentation and schedules. Ensure compliance with ASC 842 , including lease classification and accounting for complex modifications. Own monthly/quarterly/annual close processes for leases (journal entries, reconciliations, etc.). System & Data Management Oversee lease data entry and maintenance in the lease accounting system . Validate lease schedules for accuracy and compliance. Cross-functional Coordination Collaborate with Real Estate, Fleet, Legal, and FP&A to ensure contracts are correctly reflected in financials. Act as the SME for interpreting lease terms and accounting implications. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting . 5+ years of related experience (corporate or public accounting). Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP , especially ASC 842 .
