About the Role:

The role requires a techno-functional specialist who will bridge the gap between functional analysts and technical specialists, ensuring seamless integration and configuration for OTC and PTP processes.

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Bridge the gap between functional analysts and the Technical Specialist for incidents requiring both module knowledge and integration/configuration awareness.
• Diagnose incidents where an OTC or PTP business process failure is caused by an OIC integration issue, configuration mismatch, or REST API data error.
• Monitor OIC integration dashboards for OTC/PTP-impacting flows; triage adapter errors and connector failures at functional-technical boundary.
• Coordinate with Integration Architect for root cause analysis on complex OIC integration failures affecting OTC/PTP modules.
• Provide surge capacity during hyper care and go-live windows where functional-technical boundary incidents spike.
• Document functional-to-technical handoff procedures for OTC/PTP incidents and maintain cross-boundary runbooks.

Certifications Required:

• Oracle Cloud OTC or PTP Implementation Specialist (1Z0-1080 or 1Z0-1065)
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Service Specialist (1Z0-330-xx)
• ITIL 4 Foundation — AXELOS
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical awareness certification [Nice to Have]
• Oracle Fusion REST API knowledge [Nice to Have]

Required Skills

• OTC and PTP functional configuration and process knowledge.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) awareness — flow monitoring, adapter error identification, integration log analysis.
• Cross-module incident triage bridging functional and technical layers.
• Oracle Fusion REST API basics.
• ServiceNow escalation management.
• BI Publisher awareness.
• Sandbox testing.
• Functional-to-technical handoff documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in a techno-functional Oracle ERP support role on OTC or PTP modules.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) hands-on development experience (building adapters, monitoring flows).
• REST API troubleshooting experience for Oracle Fusion-integrated systems (CRM, banking, supplier portals).
