- Conduct pre-construction field inspections, walkouts, and site visits.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve project issues.
- Assign tasks to construction crews, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
- Review construction packages, permits, and project documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare detailed work prints, create job cost estimates, and develop bills of materials.
- Perform field reviews and post-construction inspections to verify project standards.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for all assigned projects.
- Keep our project management system updated weekly.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting throughout the month.
- Collaborate with management to support market operations.
